The Krasnodar Territory is boosting exports of products labeled Made in Kuban

The quality mark has been awarded to 1,111 goods from 303 manufacturers in the region. Out of these, 101 companies export their goods to Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Cuba, UAE, China, and other countries.

«Goods labeled as ‘Made in Kuban’ are entering both local and international markets, with a growing interest in Kuban products. Contest winners receive various support measures, such as participation in international events, conferences, and business missions. This helps establish Kuban products as symbols of high quality, safety, innovation, and environmental friendliness. For manufacturers, finding foreign partners, setting up logistics, navigating customs procedures, and utilizing financial tools for exports are crucial, and this is the main goal of the regional competition,» ñommented Roman Kurinniy, head of the Krasnodar Territory Consumer Sphere Department.

The department has created a process outlining how a business can achieve voluntary certification under the Made in Russia program. This involves obtaining a certificate from partner organizations of the Russian Export Center, receiving the Made in Russia label, and marketing products in international markets.
