Krasnodar Region signs investment agreements worth 3.65 billion roubles at Innoprom-2026

Alexander Ruppel, Deputy Governor of the Krasnodar Region, summed up the delegation’s results at the international industrial exhibition in Yekaterinburg.

«As in previous years, the Krasnodar Region has ones again confirmed its status as an industrial hub at Innoprom. The balanced approach to industrial development pursued in the region under the leadership of Governor Veniamin Kondratyev continues to deliver tangible results. The products showcased by the thirteen local enterprises were in high demand, enabling our manufacturers to open new, promising sales channels. During the exhibition, we held a series of talks with representatives of the business community and signed agreements on key regional industrial projects. We reached investment deals to establish and expand five enterprises in cardboard packaging, glass processing, and metalworking. In addition, we concluded an important agreement in a promising new sector for the Krasnodar Region, the development of unmanned systems. The total investment will amount to 3.65 billion roubles, and the launch of these enterprises is expected to create 336 jobs,» said Alexander Ruppel, Deputy Governor of the Krasnodar Region.

One of the projects will be carried out at an existing site, the Timashevsky Industrial Park. The investor plans to modernise the current production facilities, increase their capacity, and expand the range of produced cardboard packaging.

The second project to modernise the production of packaging materials will be implemented in the Dinskoy District. The company intends to purchase equipment for new product lines, modernise the building, and construct a warehouse. As a result, the production capacity is expected to increase by 30%.

A glass processing plant covering an area of 9,000 square metres is also to be built in the Dinskoy District. The investor, Sovremennye Stekolnye Tekhnologii, plans to expand product range and increase production capacity. The new facility will produce 6,000 tonnes of finished products annually.

Two investment projects are to be implemented in the city of Krasnodar. A full-cycle manufacturing centre for heat exchange equipment for nuclear and thermal power plants, as well as industrial enterprises, is to be established in the city. Under the project, the company will launch series production of four models of welded plate heat exchangers. The plant’s design capacity will exceed 70 units per year.

A full-cycle, import-substituting enterprise specialising in the manufacture of aluminium-framed glazed structures is to be established in the capital of the Krasnodar Region. The investor will produce a wide range of products, including window, door, and façade systems, stained-glass and sliding structures, entrance units, office partitions, and customised products.

The deputy head of the region said that agreements had been reached at the exhibition on the development of unmanned systems in the Krasnodar Region. The regional delegation signed an agreement with the Federal Centre for Unmanned Aerial Systems. Under the project, a modern infrastructure is to be created for the design, testing, and mass production of unmanned aerial vehicles. Businesses in the Krasnodar Region will gain access to expert guidance, unified industry standards and development approaches, as well as federal support measures.

An agreement was also signed between the Tekhnosfera Research and Production Centre and its first resident company, a manufacturer of engines for unmanned systems.

This year, the Krasnodar Region participated in the Innoprom International Industrial Exhibition for the eighth time. Thirteen local manufacturers showcased their products at the Krasnodar Region’s stand.

Innoprom has been held in Yekaterinburg since 2010. Over the years of its participation, the Krasnodar Region’s delegation has signed 27 agreements worth more than 31.5 billion roubles. Their implementation is expected to create over 7,100 new jobs.
