A Promising Investment Project is Offered for the Implementation by the Administration of the Otradnaya District of the Krasnodar Region

The municipal formation offers investors to construct a plant for bottling mineral water from the Medunitsa field.

Sales of the products are expected throughout the Russian Federation. The mineral water market is promising and grows by 10% annually.

The constructed plant should reach the following design capacity:

• 2,760,000 PET bottles of 1.5 liters of mineral water per year;
• 2,160,000 glass bottles of 0.5 liters of mineral water per year;
• 90,000 bottles of 5 liters of drinking water per year;
• 54,000 bottles of 19 liters of drinking water per year.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 74.06 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 4.25 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 36 new jobs.

A land plot of 15,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Otradnaya district, 1000 meters south of the settlement Penkozavod. There is a local road, "Otradnaya Cossack village – Ilyich settlement" (0.5 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Rostov-on-Don city – Makhachkala city" is 110 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Otradnaya Cossack village is 30 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 330 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of "Armavir-Rostovskaya" is 110 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 330 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 470 km.
