A Brick Factory Is Proposed for Entrepreneurs for the Construction in the Otradnaya District

Businessmen are invited to implement a profitable project to develop a quarry for the extraction of clay and the construction of a brick factory.

Currently, there is no brick production in the Otradnaya District, while there is a need for this material. Bricks produced will have a competitive cost price due to the low transportation costs for its delivery to consumers directly in the Otradnaya District and in neighboring districts of the Stavropol Region and the Karachay-Cherkess Republic.

After the production reaches its design capacity, it is possible to produce 62,880 tons of clay per year and produce 15.0 million units of conditional bricks of the M-125 brand.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 235.82 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1.5 years, and the return on investment period is 4.25 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 52 new jobs.

A land plot of 10,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Poputnaya Cossack village. There is a local road, "Otradnaya Cossack village – Armavir city" (0.35km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Rostov-on-Don city – Makhachkala city" is 65 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Otradnaya Cossack village is 15 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 285 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of "Armavir-Rostovskaya" is 65 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 285 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 385 km.
